These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the 4TS mobile phone . By using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Product Features and Specifications
The Product includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
• Powerful Battery Life: Designed to provide all-day connectivity under normal usage conditions. Actual battery performance may vary based on network conditions, features used, and usage patterns.
• Internal Storage: Comes with 64GB of internal storage. Actual user-accessible storage is less due to pre-installed operating systems and applications.
• Stunning Display: Features a vivid screen for media consumption.
• 4G Speed Connectivity: Supports fast downloads and smooth streaming. Network service and speed depend on the user's mobile network provider and location.
2. Software and Applications
• Operating System: The Product is shipped with a proprietary or third-party operating system. Use of this software is subject to the terms of the applicable software license agreement.
• Third-Party Applications (e.g., WhatsApp): The Product does not come with certain third-party messaging applications, such as WhatsApp, pre-installed.
• The user is solely responsible for downloading, installing, and using any third-party applications, including WhatsApp, from official and trusted app stores (e.g., Google Play Store).
• The Manufacturer and/or Seller accepts no liability for the security, functionality, or data integrity of any third-party application, or any loss of data or security breach arising from their use.
• The user must comply with the third-party application's own terms and conditions.
3. Manufacturing Origin: The Product is Manufactured in China. This information is provided for user awareness. This does not affect the terms of the Limited Warranty, which is upheld by the Seller/Brand.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer and Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including, but not limited to, data loss, interrupted communications, or any issues related to third-party applications.
